◆产品说明　Product introduction
涵盖20余个型号、40多个规格，内径从0.4至2mm，工作外径从0.7至3.3mm；贵金属复合铜片厚度从0.1至0.3mm；产品关键特性真圆度max0.01,平均max0.007.
主要材质：
整流子片：三层或两层贵金属复合无氧铜，主要合金成分：金（Au）、银（Ag）、钯（Pd）、铂（Pt）、镍（Ni）、锌（Zn）、镉（Cd）、铜（Ou）等。常用牌号：CDG-1/CDS-1/Cu、AuAg/AgCuNi/Cu、AgCuNi/Cu、AgCuZnNi/Ou、AgCuCdNi/Cu等。
整流子骨架：PPS、PA66、PBT、LCP等。
整流子压圈：FIBRE（灰、红、白等颜色）。
主要用途：AV、小家电、通讯设备、电动工具、电动玩具用微特电机。
所有相关的模具均为松成公司自行设计制造，因此可以更迅速的依照客户的图纸生产专用的整流子。

Commutator skeleton: PPS,PA66,PBT,LCP etc.
Commutator end ring: RIBRE(gray, red, white etc.)
Main uses: AV, sm all electric home apparatus, communication equipments, electric tools, electric toy purpose micro and special motors.
